Music Development

Eight weeks of songwriting, recording, and performance. For young people who want to make their own tracks.

What it is

The TROU Music Development Program is for young people who have something to say and want to learn how to put it on a track.

Eight weeks, weekly two-hour sessions, two facilitators in the room. We work through three core modules — Songwriting, Recording, Performance — followed by preparation for a final showcase.

No experience required. Just curiosity.

A man with dreadlocks wearing a black and white sports jacket and tan pants is standing next to a young boy with curly hair and a jacket, who is sitting at a table writing in a notebook with handwritten notes. The room has a whiteboard, a large screen showing digital audio workstation software, and audio equipment, indicating a music or recording studio setting.
